IAF will be holding our first fundraiser skirmish on the 21st of November in HRTA, Dublin.

Weeder, Gizmo and I will be in attendance on the day and we hope to see you there

Just normal skirmish day prices with an excellent raffle and great prizes up for grabs!
Help support the first irish airsoft forum, and help keep it alive!

Right Guys,

Just to get the ball rolling regarding prizes, we at SE Airsoft are donating the following.

1 x CA 33E assault rifle,
1 x 8.4V 3000 mAh battery,
1 x Pro Charger ( large adapthpr ),
1 x Bag of Gunfire 4000 rd Bag of BB's.

Total prize value of 364.80€

Plus a booby prize of:
1 x Thunder Grenade,

Valued @ 34.95€

Total prizes are worth: 399.75€

Hope it's a fantastic day & both Madmaxi & myself wil be there with hot-dogs also.

I'm thinking of attending the event, but as noted earlier - I'm new to all this airsoft thing.

Could someone advise me on feww things:
-Rules
-Etiquette
-Weapon/equipment needed
-Fees
-Exact time and place of the event
-All other things i've missed above.

Rules & safety briefing will be given before the event.

Ettiquette is also covered there.
Equipment can be rented, otherwise it's facemask/goggles, boots with ankle support & airsoft gun, spare battery, bb's etc.
My understanding is a full day will be 20€, half day 15€
Start time 11am sharp, best advice be there for 10.30am for equipment check, sign in, waiver, chrono checks & safety briefing. Event is at HRTA in Ballyboughal, just outside Swords in Co. Dublin.

Just came back home.
Wet, tired but happy. It was worth it. Given I was in my 'Nam kit - all the rain and mud were very much in place (could live with a wee bit warmer though).

Anyway - I really liked it and it seems you might see more of me in future events.

thanks to anybody who bought tickets today, they will be for sale tomorrow onsite also for €5 and the winner will be announced tomorrow night or some time on monday.

it was a fantastic day and fun was had by all.

I would like to say a special thanks to Steve and Fiona at seairsoft for supplying hot food and raffle prizes.
